At Pewters.net you have the possibility to return the products within a period of seven days if you are not satisfied with the pewter articles received. In this way, by returning the pewter articles the customer has the possibility to get a full refund or exchange the product.

However, the customer must make sure the pewter articles are in perfect condition, without any modifications, damages, alterations. In addition, the products must be in a good shape since lost, damaged, altered or modified products will not be accepted.

Furthermore, a full refund will be ensured for the products value and not for the delivery charge as well.

After the order has been made and received by the factory, the pewter factory takes full responsibility for the shipment of the pewter products. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

If during the shipment process the pewter products are damaged, then the pewter factory from South Africa will replace them free of charge.
